Look, we get it - nobody really enjoys reading privacy policies. But since you're here, we'll keep this straightforward and skip the legal mumbo-jumbo where we can.
At Ignovarion Architecture Studio, we've been designing sustainable buildings in Toronto since 2011, and just like we're careful with our building materials and client relationships, we take your privacy seriously. This isn't just some copy-paste document - it's actually how we handle your data.
Whether you're checking out our portfolio, reaching out about a potential project, or just browsing around, here's what happens with your information.
Here's the deal - we use your info for pretty straightforward reasons:
We don't sell your data. Period. That's not our business model and frankly, it's just not cool.
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you've got some solid rights when it comes to your personal data:
Ask us what data we have about you
Fix anything that's wrong or outdated
Request we delete your data (with some exceptions)
Get a copy of your data in a usable format
Say no to certain uses of your info
Change your mind about what you agreed to
To exercise any of these rights, just shoot us an email at contact@ignovarion.info. We'll respond within 30 days, usually much faster.
We take security pretty seriously - probably comes from years of making sure buildings don't fall down. Here's what we do to protect your data:
All data transferred between your browser and our servers is encrypted. That little padlock in your address bar? That's SSL doing its thing.
Your data lives on secure servers with regular backups. We use reputable Canadian hosting providers who know their stuff.
Only team members who actually need access to your data get it. We're not a huge firm, so this is pretty easy to manage.
We keep our systems updated and patched. Boring but necessary stuff that helps prevent security issues.
Real talk: No system is 100% secure. We do our best, but if there's ever a data breach, we'll let you know ASAP and tell you what happened and what we're doing about it.
