Our Work Speaks For Itself

Here's a collection of projects we've poured our hearts into over the years. Each one tells a different story, solves unique challenges, and yeah, we're pretty proud of 'em.

Lakeside Eco Residence
Residential

Lakeside Eco Residence

Designed this passive house on Lake Ontario where the family wanted zero-compromise comfort with net-zero energy. Triple-glazed everything, geothermal heating, and a green roof that actually works.

2024 Mississauga, ON
VertexTech Headquarters
Commercial

VertexTech Headquarters

This tech company wanted something bold. We gave 'em a 7-story statement piece with adaptive facades that respond to sun angles. Inside, it's all about flexible workspaces - because nobody knows how offices work anymore, right?

Junction Triangle Revitalization
Urban Planning

Junction Triangle Revitalization

Turned an old industrial zone into a mixed-use neighborhood that people actually wanna live in. Green corridors, pedestrian-first streets, and affordable housing mixed with retail. It's not rocket science, just good planning.

2022-2024 Toronto, ON
Ossington Lane Townhomes
Residential

Ossington Lane Townhomes

Six attached homes that don't feel attached. Each unit gets tons of natural light through strategic placement of courtyards and skylights. The clients didn't believe it'd work until they saw it. Now they're fighting over which unit to keep.

2023 Toronto, ON
Harvest & Co Restaurant
Commercial Interior

Harvest & Co Restaurant

Farm-to-table concept that needed interiors to match. Reclaimed barn wood, living plant walls, and acoustic treatments hidden in plain sight. The chef wanted an open kitchen, so we made it the centerpiece instead of hiding it away.

2024 Hamilton, ON
Roncesvalles Community Hub
Community

Roncesvalles Community Hub

Community centers shouldn't look institutional and boring. This one's got a library, maker space, and gym under one roof that actually flows together. Solar panels covering the parking lot were a no-brainer for extra shading too.

2023 Toronto, ON
Muskoka Retreat
Residential

Muskoka Retreat

Cottage country doesn't mean you have to build like it's 1985. This getaway blends into the landscape with a butterfly roof that captures rainwater and floor-to-ceiling glass where the views deserve it.

2022 Muskoka, ON
King West Mixed-Use Development
Mixed-Use

King West Mixed-Use Development

Retail on the ground floor, offices in the middle, condos up top. The trick was making sure each use didn't mess with the others - separate entrances, sound isolation, and a rooftop terrace that the residents actually use.

2021-2023 Toronto, ON
Liberty Village Loft Conversion
Residential Interior

Liberty Village Loft Conversion

Old chocolate factory turned into a killer 2-bedroom loft. Kept the exposed brick and beams, added a mezzanine level for the bedroom, and installed huge pivot doors that let you open up or close off spaces as needed.

2024 Toronto, ON
Wellness Centre Distillery
Healthcare

Wellness Centre Distillery

Medical clinics can feel warm and inviting too. Natural materials, circadian lighting systems, and air quality monitoring made this place feel less like a doctor's office and more like, well, somewhere you'd actually want to be.

2023 Toronto, ON
Dundas Street Corridor Improvements
Urban Planning

Dundas Street Corridor Improvements

Worked with the city to transform a car-dominated stretch into something humans can enjoy. Wider sidewalks, bike lanes that actually make sense, and public seating that wasn't an afterthought. Revolutionary, right?

2022-2024 Toronto, ON
High Park Addition
Residential

High Park Addition

Young family needed more space but loved their neighborhood. Added a second story that looks like it was always there, plus a back extension with folding glass walls that open to their garden. They basically live outside now in summer.

2023 Toronto, ON
